double fours
Note: I planned this Note while in Arizona for a retreat to kick off my eight-month participation in the Anya Institute’s Integrated Wealth Advisor program. The three-day retreat was intense, and I decided to stay off my computer, except for work-related client needs. While this Note is technically published on 2.13.26, it was created on 2.11.26.
Today I turn 44.
This is what I found the age of 44 to hold:
“Your angels, the Universe, or your guides are with you, offering protection and confirming you’re on the right path.”
This afternoon, I went on a hike with my cohort in the Integrated Wealth Advisor program, and upon arriving at the trail, I noticed a bird circling ahead. I recognized the bird's shape and size, but I did not get close enough to confirm with the naked eye that it was a bald eagle. I did, however, snap a picture, and when I zoomed in on the bird, I could see a clear color distinction between the body, head, and tail.
That’s right, on my birthday, I was greeted by a bald eagle, one of my spiritual guides, to confirm that I’m continuing on the right path.
“Mastery & Purpose:
Turning 44 can feel like a year of mastery, moving from proving yourself to fully embodying your authentic self and acting with clarity and intention.”
The IWA program is a part of my mastery of the work I am doing as a guide, aligning Authentic Lives with finances–it is the final piece of the puzzle of my process for the AlignedLife+ relationship. I got ahead of my Self with embodiment towards the end of last year, but it’s only continuing in this next year around the sun.
I have to draw attention to the use of “authentic self”---this was not my addition to the quote.
“Patience & Perseverance:
The number encourages consistent effort and determination, assuring you that your dedication to your goals will pay off.”
On the 10th, the first day of the retreat for the IWA, I wrote down that I was releasing any pressure I put on my Self to become “something” or “somebody”. No more comparing my efforts to those of others–just keep doing what I feel called to do and love, and in the long run, my efforts (Santiago, Writing, Podcast, Videos, etc.) will grow to make the impact they are supposed to.
The day before turning 44, I released my Self from needing to feel like I’m on a timeline or to compete with others in the spaces I’m interested in being in.
“Building & Manifestation:
It’s about creating something real and enduring, transforming old patterns (like habits or fears) into something new and more aligned with your truth.”
I ended the year focusing on new habits and started the year with the intention of putting blinders on for everything outside of the Authentic Life. My three days in Arizona for the IWA retreat provided more clarity over the new patterns and vision I’m moving towards manifesting.
“Commit to Your Truth:
Use this year to shed what no longer serves you and build on your deepest values and intuition.”

As you can see, 44 is going to be a big year–and the spiritual meaning behind it confirms it.
