I loved Questlove’s Creative Quest—it’s a great book and even better audiobook since he is the narrator, but I haven’t listened to many podcasts with him as the guest. I have to be honest, I’m not sure why I hit play on this video when I found it on YouTube because I don’t think I’ve listened to any of Rainn Wilson’s podcast episodes and Questlove wasn’t on my mind—it’s been years since I read Creative Quest.

But something told me to hit play and now I’m sharing it with you.

Listening to Questlove talk about his shift in mindset, view on life, and beliefs coming out of 2020 made me smile and added more confidence that what I’ve stumbled into learning is not crazy.

Questlove name drops Joe Dispenza, Neville Goddard, Wim Hoff, metaphysics, and more.

And speaking of Neville, I just happened to pick this book back up about thirty minutes before I came across the podcast—I saw it sitting on the shelf in our home office and grabbed it to finish reading after letting it sit for a couple of months.

I’ll never get tired of synchronicities in my life!
