authenticist

The Universe gave me some instructions today.

I’ve been sitting on a word that I’ve wanted to “make up” for a couple of months now; I teased it on an upcoming episode of AligendLife, but other than that, I haven’t shared the word with anyone before. Technically, this is not a new word, but a new meaning for a word that is not very commonly used, but perfectly fits my vision.

The inspiration came from one of the clothing brands I like and their use of the word “enthusiasts”. At least, that's what I think was the inspiration; I know there was an inspiration, and it came when I was watching a lot of vlogs from a couple of fashion brands and designers I like, so this is where it had to come from.

This afternoon, when I checked my email, I saw this

“Authenticist(s)”

An authenticist is a person living and evolving their Authentic Life.

An authenticist is a person aligned with their Authentic Self.

An authenticist is a person focused on aligning their spirit, mind, body, and money.

An authenticist is a person tapped into their unique gifts and talents to serve the world.

An authenticist is a person on a Pursuit.

I’ll have more to share about authenticists and will start using it in my writing more, but for today, I just wanted to introduce the word since Rick Rubin encouraged me to do so.
