You don’t have to carry the past forward if it doesn't align with where you are going, who you want to become, or no longer serves you.
Leave it.
Start new.
What would the future version of your Self do?
Do that.
We always have the opportunity to reinvent our Self and move closer to our Authentic Self, and it starts in this moment.
