what do your habits say?

I heard something the other day that really grabbed my attention. What if our habits suggest more about how we view our Self than a reflection of our discipline?

If we struggle with habits, it’s not that we aren’t disciplined; it’s that somewhere we are not valuing our Self as we should.

That made me uncomfortable.

It also made me rethink the habits I want to improve and the ones I want to let go of with a new focus.

What do your habits suggest?

See you tomorrow and keep pursuing,

JC
