small gifts of living in alignment
This morning, I flew out to Phoenix, AZ, to meet up with a few of my close advisor friends for our annual working retreat in Sedona, and the Universe decided to remind me that I’m living in alignment right now.
If you remember, in a Daily Note in late 2024, I shared the story about how an error at the Southwest counter almost ruined our New Year’s trip to Jamaica. If it weren’t for an angel disguised as a Southwest employee, we would not have enjoyed the beauty of the Caribbean to ring in the new year. This morning, I got to thank that Southwest employee, even though I doubt she remembered the event. I remember sitting on the plane wishing I could thank her and let her know that she was able to get us on our plane just in time–and today that happened.
Southwest’s open seating policy was kind to me in that I was able to snag an exit row seat—extra leg room for the win. But that’s not all, the middle seat in my row remained open as well. Not only did I get extra leg room, but I also got extra arm room.
Finally, at least up until this point at 8:55 in Phoenix, shortly after we took off out of Indy, the plane flew by not one, but two rainbows—a double rainbow! I looked around and I don’t think anyone else saw the rainbows–I didn’t hear anyone point them out, and most of the windows were closed. I was one of the lucky few who got to see the beauty in the sky.
Some might say these are coincidences or not of significance.
I disagree.
These were winks from the Universe.
Confirmations that I’m living in an aligned state.
None of them had to happen, but they did, and I was present enough to experience them.
Don’t miss the little gifts when they occur in your life; if you feel like they never happen, then it might be a sign that you might be out of alignment.
