nobody knows nothing

Well, that’s not true.

We all know something.

Actually, we all know a lot, but what we know comes from our individual experiences in and observations of life. What I have learned to be true for me may not be true for you, and vice versa.

I don’t know if I’m just more sensitive to (and annoyed by) the rapid increase in gurus, experts, and folks claiming to know what YOU need to do, but it has become exhausting to scroll social media and see so many people positioning themselves as experts on something they could never be an expert on–YOUR life.

And I’m aware that I might fall into that category to some, but I try not to claim that I have the answers for you.

But I do know where your answers can be found, which is within your Self.

So, my goal is to help you find your way–your authentic way–to the important answers you seek about your Self and life.

I am more than happy to share what has worked for me and others I know, but I can’t promise that what has worked for us will work for you. However, I feel confident that aligning your spirit, mind, body, and money authentically will ultimately work for most people; the “right” alignment will be unique to you, which is why no one else can tell you exactly what it should look like.

As I mentioned, my social feeds seem full of people proclaiming to know how to eat, exercise, dress, manage your money, invest, raise your children, practice mindfulness, date, and the list could go on forever. Despite all of their claims and posts, none of them (my Self included) know what is right for you.

When it comes to you living your authentic life, nobody knows nothing.

Now, I don’t think you should dismiss what others are sharing.

Instead, look at their shared experiences and knowledge through the lens of “how might this help me?” Ultimately, the answers you seek might be found by blending what you learn from others–maybe one person’s approach to meditation works for you, and another’s approach to nutrition helps you determine the “right” diet for you, and another’s exercise routine is the one that excites you.

Think of the shared experiences and knowledge you see as suggestions to explore if you aren’t sure of the direction you should be heading. As you explore, pay attention to the suggestions you are drawn to and feel “right”–your intuition may guide you toward the people who will best guide you in that moment.

Find your guides, use their shared experiences and knowledge as suggestions for how you might find your answers, and don’t judge your Self against others because what worked for them is not guaranteed to work for you.

You have your own authentic path to find, which will not be exactly like anyone else's.

And only YOU know what you need to know.

See you tomorrow and keep pursuing,

JC
