The idea of aligning spirit, mind, body, and money came to me–I know it was not an original thought and that it was placed inside of me to share with the world. The connection between spirit and mind and body is undeniable, and while body comes later in the alignment formula, it is no less important than spirit or mind.
As Buddha taught long before I was given the gift of my message, if your body is ailing and not taken care of, your mind will suffer, and the alignment you might have with the Divine through your spirit will be impacted as well.
If you’re not prioritizing taking care of your physical body, don’t wait until the New Year to start with the resolutions that we all know probably won’t last. Instead, plan on how you can make time and energy for your physical body and pick the next Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday to start–avoid starting on a Monday or weekend because I feel like those are the easy days to pick to start a new habit, and just like New Year's resolutions, they don’t last. So choose a random day in the week--I think it’ll have a better chance of sticking.
You only get one physical body, and for the most part, it’s hard, if not impossible, to reverse physical ailments that challenge your alignment of spirit, mind, body, and money while continuing to pursue your Authentic Life.
